Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of any incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being delivered please email us at email@example.com immediately and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out or a refund issued. You have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to return it to us.
If your order has not been delivered by Royal Mail within the quoted delivery time frame please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out or refund issued. Please do not contacted us before the end of the delivery period.
We can claim for the loss of parcels up to 3 months after the expected delivery date, after that period if you have not contact us we can not refund or send a replacement order.
Please check the delivery details provided when completing your order. If the address details you provide are incorrect we are not liable for items which are not received.
Change of Mind
If you buy direct from Boni Caro Online you have rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations.
If the items you purchase are simply not wanted you can return them. The Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. Your refund will be for the value of goods only.
This means if you as the purchaser notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we’ll refund you for both the purchase price and our delivery charge. (Please note that you will have to cover the costs of returning the items to us).
We cannot accept returns or refunds on any Ear Rings, Ear Studs or sets containing these. Please note that for sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of intimate clothing due to sizing issues or any other aspect of the good. Therefore carefully check all sizes and details prior to purchase.This is due to UK Health & Safety and hygiene regulations.

Due to the highly fragile nature of our items we strongly recommend that you use a fully tracked and insured courier service when returning items to us.
Please wrap return items securely, using the original delivery packaging, and remember to include your full order details so that we can identify your order easily on its return.
Once we've received and checked the items, we will apply your refund or send you a replacement as soon as we can.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

If you have purchased from one of these it means that you have paid them and your refund for the product therefore needs to be issued by them.
When you have returned the goods to us, we will confirm receipt via email and advise the shopping channel to process your refund.
